Responsibilities

- Perform and ensure accurate, reliable diagnostic testing.
- Educate patients on proper use of prescribed medication and proper technique for taking inhaled medication(s).
- Maintain patient records and observations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation of procedures, medication administration,



and patient progress in medical records.
- Perform equipment & calibration quality control checks.
- Assist in implementation of safety protocols.
- Follow infection control measures.
- Maintain supplies.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding respiratory health management.
- Action as liason with equipment manufacturers & drug representatives.

Qualifications

- Valid license or certification as a Respiratory Therapist with the CRTO.
- Experience in performing pulmonary function testing including spirometry, lung volume measurements, airways resistance, DLCO, and FeNO measurements.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with healthcare teams and educate patients

Pay: $38.00-$45.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week
