Responsibilities

The Restaurant Manager at this Tim Hortons location in Stratford is accountable for a broad range of operational, financial, and people-management duties. From analyzing the restaurant budget to handling customer concerns directly, this role keeps you engaged across every aspect of the business.

- Analyze and develop budgets to determine costs of food, ingredients, kitchen and cleaning supplies, and to maintain and boost restaurant profits

- Plan and organize daily operations, including setting staff work schedules and assigning duties

- Organize and maintain inventory and cost products and services accurately




- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times throughout the restaurant

Requirements / Skills

- Computer and technology skills: Proficiency with MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and point of sale systems
- Security requirement: Criminal record check required
- Physical capabilities: Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment involving standing for extended periods and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
