Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service to ensure a welcoming atmosphere
- Take and deliver food orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Assist in food preparation and kitchen duties to support smooth restaurant operations
- Clear tables promptly and maintain cleanliness in dining and service areas
- Manage host responsibilities by seating guests efficiently and handling reservations
- Operate dishwashing equipment to ensure all utensils, plates, and cookware are sanitized and ready for use




- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and address guest needs promptly

Requirements

- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
- Strong communication skills and friendly phone etiquette to interact confidently with guests and team members
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including POS systems like Micros POS, is a plus
- Customer service skills that prioritize guest satisfaction and hospitality excellence
- Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, lift moderate weights, and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Hotel or restaurant experience can be advantageous but is not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
