Retail Area Manager / Field Operator - Multi-Branch Execution

Cash 4 You operates 77 retail financial-services branches across Ontario.

We are looking for a hands-on operator who can enter a branch, identify what is not working, correct execution and remain accountable until the issue is resolved.

You may be a strong Store Manager, Branch Manager, Area Supervisor or experienced multi-location operator. You do not need to have managed a large network. You do need to demonstrate that you have improved frontline performance - not simply visited locations, forwarded reports or encouraged teams.

What You’ll Do

- Travel regularly to assigned branches across Ontario.
- Use scorecards, direct observation and operating data to diagnose performance gaps.
- Improve sales execution, customer follow-up, collections activity and employee productivity.
- Coach employees, reinforce operating standards and address underperformance directly.
- Validate compliance, documentation, cash controls and branch routines.
- Support current-hire training and stabilization.
- Document what was wrong, what you changed and whether the improvement held.
- Escalate unresolved issues with a clear diagnosis, actions taken and recommended next steps.

You will be measured by branch improvement and issue closure—not the number of visits you complete. || What We’re Looking For

- Demonstrated store,



branch or customer-facing operating responsibility.
- Evidence of improving sales, productivity, staffing or operating execution.
- Comfort with commercial targets, outbound customer contact and difficult performance conversations.
- Ability to read operating numbers and write clear, factual notes.
- Discipline to follow company standards and verify that employees execute them.
- A valid driver’s licence, reliable access to transportation and ability to travel extensively across Ontario.

Experience in consumer finance, rent-to-own, automotive service, membership sales, telecom, QSR or other high-accountability retail environments may be relevant. Actual responsibility and results matter more than industry or title. || The Operating Reality

This is a full-time, in-person field role—not remote, hybrid or a conventional office-management position. It requires schedule flexibility, including evenings and weekends.

You must learn regulated lending, collections, credit risk, compliance and branch operations deeply. That learning curve can extend beyond the first year. Previous management experience does not replace business competence.

Portfolio size and responsibility depend on demonstrated operating judgment and results. Broader scope is earned, not automatic or guaranteed.
