Oomomo Manitoba is looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Sales Associate to join our retail team.

As a Sales Associate, you will help create a positive shopping experience for our customers while supporting the day-to-day operations of the store. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a quick-paced retail environment, interacting with customers, and working as part of a team.

Responsibilities

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer customer questions and provide product information
- Help customers locate products throughout the store
- Operate the cash register and process cash, debit, and credit transactions accurately
- Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies
- Restock merchandise and maintain organized, clean, and attractive displays
- Receive, unpack, price, and organize merchandise
- Monitor product availability and communicate low-stock items to management
- Assist with inventory counts and other inventory-related tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the sales floor and other areas of the store
- Follow company policies and procedures, including health and safety requirements
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required
- Work collaboratively with other team members and assist with other store duties as assigned





Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and restocking merchandise
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic cash-handling and math skills
- Ability to follow instructions and company procedures

- Must be available to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays as required
- Availability may vary depending on business needs
