Duties

- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to enhance their shopping experience
- Assist customers in selecting products, offering detailed product demos and technical explanations as needed
- Conduct merchandising tasks to ensure displays are attractive, organized, and fully stocked
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, cash handling, and receipts
- Upsell complementary products by understanding customer needs and highlighting key features
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, stockroom, and checkout area
- Manage time efficiently to prioritize tasks during busy periods while maintaining high service standards

Requirements

- Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers




- Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is preferred but not required; training provided
- Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately for transactions and inventory counts
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and stock management
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, professional phone etiquette
- Ability to handle cash transactions confidently and responsibly with proper cash handling procedures
- Technical sales experience or familiarity with product demos enhances effectiveness in this role
- Multilingual capabilities are highly valued to connect with a broader customer base
- Good time management skills to balance multiple responsibilities efficiently
