Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Roofing Project Manager to lead and oversee roofing construction projects from inception to completion. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate all phases of roofing projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your leadership will drive project success by managing teams, communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders, and utilizing advanced construction management tools.

Responsibilities

- Lead the planning, execution, and closeout of roofing projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project flow.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and other relevant tools to track progress, manage documentation, and control costs.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor safety compliance, quality standards, and progress; address issues proactively.




- Prepare detailed construction estimates using construction estimating techniques; review bids and proposals for accuracy.
- Manage project schedules with time management best practices while adjusting plans as needed for unforeseen challenges.

Skills

- Proficiency in blueprint reading and schematics interpretation for roofing systems.
- Strong experience with construction estimating and project management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Civil 3D, HeavyBid.
- Knowledge of civil engineering principles relevant to roofing projects and site layouts.
- Ability to read and understand schematics related to roofing systems and structural components.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
- Construction experience with a focus on roofing or related trades; familiarity with heavy construction projects is a plus.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, teams, and stakeholders.
