Responsibilities

- Install, maintain, and repair telecommunication systems including Ethernet networks, Cisco routers, and telephony equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections of low voltage electrical systems and mechanical components to ensure optimal operation.
- Use hand tools and specialized equipment to perform accurate adjustments and repairs on telecommunication hardware.
- Diagnose network issues related to computer networking and Ethernet connections, implementing effective solutions swiftly.
- Collaborate with team members to plan and execute installation projects in various field locations.
- Document all work performed accurately in service logs, including system configurations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Adhere to safety protocols and electrical standards while working on live systems or in challenging environments.

Qualifications





- Proven experience with Ethernet cabling, computer networking concepts, and telecommunication systems.
- Mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience using hand tools for installation and repair tasks.
- Familiarity with Cisco routers, low voltage wiring, telephony systems, and electrical troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of telecommunication infrastructure and electrical safety standards.
- Ability to read technical diagrams, schematics, and wiring layouts effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting network or hardware issues.
- Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel frequently to various job sites.
