Velakova is looking for a motivated Sales Account Representative to connect with prospective clients, follow up with leads, and book meetings for our team. An interest in medical aesthetics, wellness, or the clinic industry is an asset, but industry experience is not required. We provide training, resources, and ongoing support to help you succeed.

This role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to earn commission and bonuses alongside your hourly pay.

What you’ll do

- Reach out to prospective clients through phone calls, emails, and other approved channels.
- Introduce Velakova’s services and identify potential client needs.
- Follow up consistently with new leads and existing prospects.
- Book qualified meetings and coordinate appointments with our team.
- Keep accurate notes and update contact records in our CRM.
- Build rapport and maintain professional relationships with prospects.
- Work toward agreed outreach and meeting-booking goals.

What we’re looking for

- A self-starter who can work independently and manage their own schedule.




- Excellent follow-through, organization, and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and apply feedback.
- Comfort using email, calendars, and basic business software.
- Access to a reliable computer, internet connection, and a quiet space for calls.

Experience in sales, appointment setting, account management, or customer service is an asset. Experience or interest in medical aesthetics, healthcare, or wellness is also an asset.
