Legacy Envelope Developments is expanding and looking for a driven Commercial Property Management Sales Specialist who thrives on building relationships and closing high-value service agreements.
If you're confident on the phone, enjoy meeting with commercial property owners, and want to earn substantial commissions, we'd like to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and call qualified commercial leads
- Schedule meetings with commercial property owners and real estate investors
- Present our commercial property management services
- Build long-term client relationships
- Negotiate and close service agreements
- Maintain accurate sales activity and follow-up
Compensation
- $17.60/hour base pay, Ontario’s general minimum wage effective October 1, 2025
- $150 for every qualified meeting you schedule
- 10% commission on every closed service agreement
- Unlimited earning potential for top performers
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in sales, business development, commercial real estate,
or B2B sales is an asset
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with prospects
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for closing deals
