We’re looking for motivated, personable Sales Associates to help customers create homes they love. If you enjoy building relationships, finding creative solutions, and achieving results, we’d love to hear from you.

You’ll have opportunities to grow your skills and make an impact in our showroom, working independently and alongside a team that takes pride in customer service.

What you’ll do

● Welcome customers and understand their style, space, budget, and furniture needs.

● Guide customers through our collections and confidently recommend the right options for their homes.

● Build lasting relationships through attentive service and consistent follow-up.

● Take ownership of your sales, keeping customers informed from purchase through delivery and serving as their first point of contact for after-sales questions.

● Meet or exceed sales goals while delivering a positive shopping experience.

● Develop strong knowledge of our products, customization options, and competitors’ offerings.

● Help keep the showroom clean, organized, and beautifully presented.





● Work with your teammates to support customers and keep daily operations running smoothly.

What you bring

● At least one year of furniture sales experience.

● Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills.

● A customer-focused approach and the confidence to close sales.

● Initiative, reliability, and strong follow-through.

● The ability to work independently and contribute to a team.

● Availability to work weekends.

● A secondary school diploma.

● The ability to reliably commute to our Surrey showroom or relocate before starting.
