Sovereign Marketing is growing our Winnipeg team and looking for a full time, Sales Associate to join us in an in-person position.

If you enjoy meeting new people, having conversations, and working toward goals, this is an opportunity to develop practical sales and communication skills while working with established consumer brands.

No previous sales experience is required. We provide training, hands-on support, and coaching to help you learn the role and build confidence.

What You'll Do

- Connect with customers at promotional and retail locations throughout Winnipeg
- Introduce customers to featured products, services, and promotions
- Have genuine conversations to learn what customers are looking for
- Explain available options clearly and answer questions
- Help interested customers through the purchasing process
- Maintain a professional and welcoming approach with every interaction
- Stay informed about current campaigns and product offerings
- Track daily activity and results
- Work with the team toward campaign and individual goals
- Participate in regular training and team development sessions
