Summary
The Sales Associate delivers an elevated client experience while driving individual and store sales. The role combines clienteling, styling expertise, product knowledge, and support for store operations.
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed sales goals and commercial KPIs through knowledgeable service and effective styling.
- Build client relationships, capture client information, and follow up on sales, events, and inquiries.
- Maintain an inviting sales floor and an organized stockroom while collaborating with colleagues and management.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of retail, sales, or related customer service experience.
- Experience generating sales and developing client relationships, with robust communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Computer skills, including POS and Microsoft Office, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
