The Sales Associate provides an exceptional client experience at the Toronto Premium Outlet store. The role drives sales through product expertise, clienteling, and support for store operations.

Responsibilities

- Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals and commercial KPIs.
- Welcome clients, provide styling guidance and product knowledge, and support an elevated client journey.
- Build client relationships, capture client data, and follow up on sales, events, and inquiries.
- Keep the sales floor and stockroom organized and collaborate with colleagues and management.

Requirements

- At least 1 year of retail, sales, or related customer service experience.
- Experience generating sales and developing client relationships.
- Robust communication, organization, follow-up, and time management skills.
- Computer skills, including POS operation and Microsoft Office.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
