RMN Marketing is looking for a Sales & Client Services Coordinator to join our growing team.

We are an automotive marketing company working with dealerships and automotive groups across Canada. We’re looking for an organized, energetic and customer-focused person who enjoys being the person behind the scenes making sure everything gets done—and gets done right.

This role is ideal for someone who loves organization, communication and working with people, and who wants to be an important part of a busy sales team.

What You'll Be Doing

You’ll work closely with our sales team and clients to help keep projects, campaigns and day-to-day sales activity moving smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include

- Supporting the sales team with day-to-day client needs
- Communicating with dealership clients by email and phone
- Preparing quotes, proposals and campaign information
- Coordinating campaign details, approvals and deadlines
- Following up with clients and helping keep projects on track
- Entering and maintaining accurate customer and campaign information
- Coordinating with our internal production and operations teams
- Assisting with proofs, samples, postal codes, mailing details and campaign requirements
- Helping sales representatives stay organized and on top of follow-ups
- Monitoring open projects and making sure nothing falls through the cracks
- Providing a high level of customer service from start to finish
- Taking on new responsibilities as you learn the business and grow with the team

Who We're Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is:

- Highly organized and loves keeping things on track
- A strong communicator who is comfortable speaking with clients
- Bilingual in both English and French (written and oral) is a definite asset
- Detail-oriented and catches the little things others may miss
- Confident, friendly and professional
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment




- A team player who genuinely enjoys helping others succeed
- Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proactive—you see something that needs to be done and take care of it
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and learning new systems
- Someone who takes ownership and follows throughAutomotive or marketing experience is an asset, but not required.

The right attitude, work ethic and ability to learn are just as important to us.
