Aerotek is seeking an entry-level Sales Development Representative in Canada to learn recruiting and full sales cycle, identifying target accounts, making cold calls, generating leads, and supporting revenue growth with delivery and sales teams.

You will build client relationships, negotiate terms, and participate in onboarding to become an Account Manager in due course. The role offers robust earning potential with commissions and incentives.
