Responsibilities

· Executing a sales approach that will gain recent customers,

· Market research at times and/or canvassing for leads

· Attending provided leads.

· Consistent active presence on the road, selling

· Educating potential new clients about the recycling process at RPM Eco and what we recycle

· Providing supplied bins & plastic bags, from the provided pickup truck, to new clients, that you acquire.

· Ability to work away from home for months at a time

· Produce a travel log of sales efforts, on a weekly basis, and meet once a week, via Teams

· Participating in monthly reviews and being open to feedback

· Any other related task

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

· High School Diploma or equivalent





· Willing to travel across all of BC and stay in hotels

· Experience in Sales & Marketing

· Great concern for Health & Safety in the workplace

· Adaptability

· Versatility

· Able to work in a team environment and independently

· Capacity to act in a professional manner at all times
