Position Overview:

The front desk is responsible for driving membership sales, building strong member relationships, and ensuring a positive first impression for everyone who walks through our doors. This role combines customer service with sales expertise to support our studio’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive membership sales.
- Conduct studio tours and highlight the advantages of Pilates and our membership offerings.
- Follow up with inquiries via phone, email, and text to maximize conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and memberships.
- Collaborate with the studio team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Support front desk operations, including scheduling, answering questions, and handling payments when needed.
- Represent the Sunset Pilates brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.





Qualifications:

- Previous experience in sales, fitness, or wellness.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first approach.
- Comfortable working with sales goals and closing memberships.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced studio environment.
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.
- Proficient in Microsoft, Word, and excel.
