Sales Representative – Truck Campers & Canopies

Campers & Canopies BC is growing and we’re looking for a highly motivated, competitive Sales Representative to join our team.

This role is built for someone who wants to sell, close deals, and earn based on performance.

We are not looking for someone who needs to be constantly managed or reminded to follow up. We want someone who is self-sufficient, organized, aggressive with follow-up, confident with customers, and motivated by commissions and bonuses.

If you have a background in automotive sales, RV sales, powersports, equipment sales, or another high-ticket sales environment, you may be an excellent fit.

What You’ll Be Selling

You’ll be selling truck campers, truck canopies, accessories, upgrades, and related products to customers throughout British Columbia and beyond.

We generate leads through online advertising, Marketplace, Kijiji, AutoTrader, social media, our showroom, referrals, and other marketing channels.

Your job is to turn those opportunities into sales.

Ideal Experience

Automotive sales experience is a major asset.

Experience in any of the following would also be valuable:

- High-ticket retail
- Commission-based sales

We care more about sales ability, attitude, work ethic, and results than your exact background.

Responsibilities

- Respond quickly to inbound leads
- Follow up with prospects by phone, text, email, and online messaging
- Qualify customers and identify their needs
- Explain products, options, pricing, and upgrades
- Book showroom appointments
- Conduct product presentations
- Prepare quotes
- Follow up consistently on open opportunities
- Overcome objections and close sales
- Maintain accurate customer notes and follow-ups
- Manage your pipeline using GHL CRM
- Develop customer relationships and generate referrals
- Work closely with ownership to improve sales processes and performance

Compensation

This is a performance-driven sales role with a $1,500/month base salary, plus commission and monthly performance bonuses.

There is no cap on earnings.

Base Salary

- $1,500/month

Canopy Commission Structure

Canopy commissions are paid on a tiered basis each month:

- Canopies 1–5: $100 per sale
- Canopies 6–10: $125 per sale
- Canopies 11–15: $175 per sale
- Canopies 16–20: $300 per sale




- Canopies 21+: $450 per sale

The higher commission rate applies only to sales within that tier.

Camper Commission

- 10% of gross profit per camper sold

Accessory Commission
- Crossbars: $25 per sale
- Toolbox: $50 per full set or $25 per side

Monthly Camper Bonuses
- 3+ campers sold: $1,000 bonus
- 5+ campers sold: $2,500 bonus
- 10+ campers sold: $5,000 bonus

This compensation plan is designed for a highly motivated salesperson who wants their income to grow directly with their performance.

We provide a strong flow of company-generated leads, and there is significant upside for someone who follows up consistently, closes deals, and exceeds sales targets.

A strong salesperson who follows up consistently and closes business will have significant earning potential.
