Terrax Construction Services Inc. is a growing Vancouver-based company specializing in interior deficiency, repair, and restoration services for residential and commercial construction projects.

We are looking for a motivated and outgoing Sales Representative to help us expand our client base and develop long-term relationships with builders, developers, restoration companies, property managers, hotels, and other commercial clients throughout the Lower Mainland.

This is a great chance for someone who is confident approaching new clients, enjoys building professional relationships, and is motivated by commission and growth.

Responsibilities

- Identify and contact potential new clients throughout the Lower Mainland
- Visit construction sites, offices, hotels, developments, and potential commercial clients
- Introduce Terrax’s services to Project Managers, Superintendents, Construction Managers, Property Managers, and other decision-makers
- Generate new leads through cold calling, emails, networking, site visits, and in-person outreach
- Schedule meetings and site visits with prospective clients
- Follow up consistently with leads and existing contacts
- Maintain and develop strong client relationships




- Present our services professionally and identify opportunities for new projects
- Track sales activity, leads, follow-ups, and results
- Work directly with management to develop sales strategies and identify new markets

What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, professional, and comfortable approaching new people
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Organized and able to manage follow-ups independently
- Previous sales or B2B sales experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate
- Construction, restoration, property management, or building industry experience is a strong asset
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation preferred
- English proficiency required

Compensation: $22–$28 per hour, depending on experience, plus performance-based commission.
