TekStaff's Client has a current vacancy for " Salesforce Developer”

This is a 10 month contract located in Toronto, ON/ Hybrid (2-3 days in-office (Monday, Wednesday) Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:

Significant experience working within a Big 5 Bank or equivalent financial institution. 8+ years of Salesforce development experience with enterprise-scale implementations. Extensive experience with:

Service Cloud

Strong hands-on expertise in:

Apex Development SOQL/SOSL Platform Events and Integration Patterns

Experience building and supporting Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms. Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and role hierarchy.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines, source control, automated deployments, and DevOps practices. Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and Jira-based project management.

Mandatory Certification: Salesforce Administrator Certification (Required) Nice-To-Have Skills:

Salesforce Platform Developer I Salesforce Platform Developer II Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant Soft Skills Required:





Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to explain technical concepts to business audiences. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Education:

Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field preferred - 2 Rounds of Interviews. Round 1

60-minute MS Teams video interview (or in-person, depending on panel availability) Candidate introduction Review of background and Salesforce experience Technical discussion on architecture, development, integrations, and best practices Coding and solution design assessment (subject to confirmation) Interview Panel
