Duties

- Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and engaging conversation
- Demonstrate product features through engaging demos, highlighting benefits to encourage purchasing decisions
- Assist customers with product selection, upselling complementary items to maximize sales opportunities
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention and promote featured products
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring satisfaction
- Support inventory management by restocking shelves, conducting stock checks, and assisting with product organization

- Multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Proven experience in technology or retail sales with a focus on product demonstrations and technical explanations
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual skills enhance customer engagement across language barriers
- Experience with merchandising, POS systems, cashiering, and cash handling procedures
- Excellent customer service skills combined with active listening and problem-solving abilities
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and managing sales data
- Effective time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks in a busy workplace
- Professional phone etiquette for engaging with customers over the phone or via digital channels
- Ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining a positive customer experience
