Pay Range: CAD 55-60/hr

- 5+ years of Functional Analysis experience, with 3+ years of SAP IS-U Billing experience.

- Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP IS-U Billing & Invoicing.

- Experience with utility billing, Meter-to-Cash, rate structures, tariffs, and meter-to-bill processes.

- Solid requirements gathering, functional documentation, process mapping, and stakeholder management skills.

- Knowledge of SAP CRM/CS and SAP S/4HANA Utilities.

- Experience with SQL, Excel, and Power BI preferred.

- Strong experience in SIT/UAT, test case development, billing validation, and defect management.

- Excellent analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Utilities experience with electric or gas companies.

- Exposure to S/4HANA Utilities transformation or CIS modernization programs.

- Knowledge of AI-driven billing validation, RPA, or AIOps.

- SAP IS-U or Business Analysis certification such as CBAP/CCBA preferred.
