Role Summary

Lead SAP Integration services across SAP CPI/BTP Integration Suite, PI/PO, API Management, and hybrid integration landscapes. Own service delivery, support, enhancements, governance, and integration transformation initiatives while ensuring secure, secure, and scalable enterprise integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end service delivery for SAP CPI/BTP Integration Suite and SAP PI/PO landscapes.

Manage AMS, incident, problem, change, release, and SLA-driven support operations.

Design and govern integration architecture, APIs, interfaces, and middleware solutions.

Drive migration and modernization initiatives from PI/PO to SAP Integration Suite.

Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver integration solutions aligned with business objectives.

Lead onsite/offshore teams, ensuring quality, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

Ensure compliance with security, monitoring, audit, and integration governance standards.

Identify automation and optimization opportunities to improve service efficiency and reliability.

Required Skills





Strong expertise in SAP CPI (Cloud Integration), SAP BTP Integration Suite, and SAP PI/PO.

Experience with API Management, Open Connectors, Event Mesh, and EDI integrations.

Knowledge of SAP and non-SAP integration patterns, REST/SOAP services, IDoc, RFC, SFTP, and APIs.

Understanding of integration monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

ITIL-based service management and governance experience.

Strong stakeholder management, customer engagement, and team leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

SAP Integration Suite / CPI Certification.

Experience in large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation and cloud integration programs.

Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, and integration automation frameworks.
