Responsibilities

- Deliver excellent customer service and support customers throughout their shopping experience.
- Meet individual sales objectives and contribute to store sales plans.
- Assist customers in fitting rooms and share product, fashion, and styling knowledge.
- Maintain store standards and support replenishment, floor sets, visual presentation, and opening and closing tasks.
- Collaborate with colleagues and provide feedback on products and customer needs.

Requirements

- Retail or similar experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment is preferred.
- Solid communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
- Ability to stand, walk, move around the store, and lift or climb as required.
- Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts.
