Dexterra Group is seeking a Chef/Manager to lead daily food production and service at Iron City Fishing Lodge for the June–August term. You will oversee ordering, inventory, and staff training, preparing soups, sandwiches, pastas, eggs, proteins, baking and fish filleting, while ensuring food safety standards.
The role requires Red Seal and 5+ years in food service, PVSC level 3, and solid leadership. All travel, accommodations, meals, and beverages are provided; two days off weekly; outdoor
