Compensation
Salary in accordance with the current OSSTF- Secondary Teacher collective agreement – prorated based on FTE.
A1-A2 (Steps 0-11): $58,874 - $100,604
A3-A4 (Steps 0-11): $66,333 - $120,363
DSB1 may use Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to assist in screening and assessing applicants, as defined under the Employment Standards Act (ESA). AI is not used to make final hiring decisions. In DSB1, final hiring decisions are made by DSB1 staff.
