Are you a highly skilled security qualified with a strong presence and a commitment to safety? We are seeking experienced and Security Guards to provide top-tier protection for our clients.

Responsibilities

- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Maintain a high level of situational awareness
- Exercise discretion and professionalism at all times
- Assess and neutralize potential threats
- Enforce security policies and procedures to ensure the safety of all individuals on site.
- Conduct thorough inspections of buildings and grounds to identify potential security risks or breaches.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as necessary.
- Document all activities, incidents, and observations in detailed reports for management review.
- Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for loss prevention and enhance overall security measures.

Skills

- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and best practices in security management.
- Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert and focused during long shifts.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective reporting and interaction with others.




- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations.

Additional Requirements

- Security duties will be primarily outdoors, including monitoring and patrolling the parking lot.
- Must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Must be available for a split-shift schedule:
- Morning: 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM
- Evening: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Must be available for both shifts as scheduled.
- Reliable attendance, punctuality, and professional conduct are required.
