Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a secure and secure environment for our clients and employees. This position requires a proactive individual with a strong background in law enforcement, surveillance, and loss prevention.
The Security
Guard will be responsible for monitoring premises, and responding to incidents as they arise.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to maintain security of the premises.
- Conduct regular patrols of the property to ensure safety and security protocols are being followed.
- Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies, taking appropriate action as necessary.
- Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and any unusual occurrences during shifts.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement when necessary to address security concerns or incidents.
- Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying potential theft or fraud situations and implementing preventative measures.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in law enforcement or security roles is preferred.
- Solid observational skills with the ability to remain alert and attentive at all times.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective reporting and collaboration with team members.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
- Must possess a valid security guard license as required by provincial regulations.

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
