Job Summary ocdCertifiedCleaning is a residential/commercial Cleaning and Organizing service, that is dedicated to hiring Students and Parents.

Service

Providers are expected to enter unfamiliar locations to provide Cleaning and Organizing Services. ocdCertifiedCleaning is hiring Security Assistance to ensure that all Locations are safe for Service Providers to enter. In this role, you will be responsible for entering all service locations of New Clients, and ensure that the location provides a safe atmosphere. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help safeguard Clients, Personnel, and Potential Service Providers, fostering a sense of safety and trust within our community.

Responsibilities

- Enter All New Client premises to identify potential security risks or suspicious behavior and ensure that all Service Locations are safe for Service Providers to enter.
- Perform 2 mandatory check ins of all Service Providers per month to identify potential security risks or suspicious behavior.
- Remain with New Service Providers for the trial period of three services.




- Respond swiftly to security incidents, emergencies, or alarms, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed.
- Verify the identity of Clients.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or incident resolutions to ensure proper procedures are followed.

Qualifications

- Prior experience in security operations, or related fields is highly desirable.
- Excellent observational skills with keen attention to detail and situational awareness.
- Effective communication skills for reporting incidents clearly and professionally.
- Ability to remain calm and composed during high-pressure situations.
- Physical fitness to perform patrols and respond promptly when required.
