Real Chemistry seeks a Senior Account Director to lead a portfolio of healthcare client work in a hybrid role. You will guide senior client relationships, mentor team members, and drive strategic outcomes across Med Affairs and publications offerings.

The role requires strong leadership, proactive problem-solving, and effective collaboration across matrixed teams; US-based offices or work from home from Canada may be possible, with Eastern US hours alignment.
