Role Overview

- Evaluate AI chat and search responses under standardized conditions.
- apply grading guidelines to evaluate, rank and annotate model responses.
- write and refine prompts to test different scenarios, edge cases and user intents.
- verify evaluation consistency and document feedback to improve model performance.

Preferred background

Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills, clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Experience with AI model training, RLHF, data labeling, prompt engineering, evaluation rubrics or LLM-focused projects is preferred.
