PwC Canada seeks a Performance & Restructuring Senior Associate to deliver strategic advice in distress and recovery scenarios, including M&A;, restructuring and court-supervised processes. You will model cash flow, develop turnaround plans, and support business development across PwC’s Deals Practice.

Qualified Canadian CPA or equivalent, robust financial modelling, and client-relations skills are required.
