Lead the transformation of software delivery at Index Exchange as a Senior ELM Developer. This role focuses on enhancing developer productivity through cutting-edge engineering practices in a hybrid work environment. As a transformational engineering leader, you'll own and architect the Developer Experience at Index Exchange.

You will oversee a globally distributed engineering team, enhancing Release Engineering capabilities while integrating seamlessly with Quality & Delivery practices. Your focus will be on transitioning to a mature, gated Software Development Life Cycle that supports human and automated development at scale. Key Responsibilities:
