Equilibrium is seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer - Tailings & Mine Waste to deliver complex geotechnical projects across tailings storage facilities, mine waste, and related mining infrastructure. You will apply your design and analysis expertise while mentoring junior staff and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

The role offers a hybrid work arrangement within Canada, with opportunities to lead investigations, supervise field programs, and contribute to project planning and client
