Redesign Group is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to design and lead delivery of customer infrastructure solutions within our qualified services team. You will create implementation plans, mentor delivery engineers, and ensure successful project execution while maintaining a hands‑on, customer‑first approach.

The role requires extensive experience in MSP/VAR/ISP environments, Dell EMC storage, VMware/Broadcom, Hyper-V, Nutanix or Proxmox, and strong networking skills.
