The ideal candidate has hands-on CLAC experience and a robust construction background, with duties spanning grievances, investigations, and collective agreement interpretation.

Role involves travel to project sites across Alberta, BC, and Saskatchewan, with in-office hours Mon-Thurs and remote Fridays.
