Elevate your career with the Art Gallery of Ontario as a Senior Manager of Philanthropic Partnerships in Toronto. In this leadership role, you’ll develop and implement strategies to engage and attract donors for the AGO’s philanthropic initiatives.

Your focus will be on mid-level giving, while ensuring alignment with the AGO’s mission and contributing to the organization’s overall fundraising strategies. With 35 hours per week, you'll work evenings and weekends as needed to meet strategic goals. Key Responsibilities:

- Design donor acquisition and cultivation strategies
- Manage leadership giving portfolios and donor relationships




- Report on fundraising metrics and revenue pacing
- Collaborate with teams to enhance donor engagement
- Conduct stewardship activities for donor education Requirements:
- 5+ years in fundraising, with 3+ years in a supervisory role
