Key Responsibilities:



• Establish strong relationships with industry suppliers and clients • Prepare detailed mechanical budgets and accurate cost estimates • Coordinate pre-tender site tours and analyze cost-saving options • Review estimates and prepare closing strategies for submissions • Maintain and update estimating databases and historical data

Requirements: • Over 10 years' experience as a Mechanical Estimator • Hands-on experience with Mechanical construction projects • Formal leadership experience considered a robust asset • Relevant degree or certification in Engineering or Mechanical trades • Excellent knowledge of industry products and standards
