We are currently seeking a Senior Operations Coordinator to join our Calgary headquarters team. This role reports directly to the General Manager and is designed as a stepping stone into future management responsibilities for the right candidate.

The Role

This is a hands-on leadership position that blends operational oversight with frontline support.

You will play a key role in ensuring daily workflow runs smoothly across:

- Customer service
- Production operations
- Restoration coordination
- Pickup and delivery logistics

You will help set the operational standards across our seven locations while supporting drivers, production staff, and customer service teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Support daily operations across customer service, production, restoration, and route logistics
- Lead by example in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
- Coordinate restoration intake including documentation, photo logging, item tagging, and workflow tracking
- Ensure accurate and timely movement of restoration orders through production
- Coordinate daily pickup and delivery routes
- Communicate with drives and assist in resolving client concerns
- Maintain strong attention to detail and operational accuracy
- Identify workflow improvements and support efficiency initiatives
- Assist with physical tasks as required (ability to lift up to 50lbs)





Qualifications

- Experience in operations, logistics, production coordination, or retail supervision
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Comfortable working in a quick-paced, hands-on environment
- Natural leadership presence with the ability to guide team members
- Valid driver's license considered an asset
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Professional, reliable, and solution-oriented

Evenings and weekends are generally not required Compensation & Growth

- $50,000 base salary
- Annual performance bonus of $2,000 - $5,000 based on operational KPI achievement
