Blacksmith Agency is seeking a senior Performance Marketing Manager to own strategy, performance, and client-facing leadership across paid search, paid social, SEO and conversion optimization.

This is a hybrid strategic and operational role that involves joining sales calls, shaping strategy, guiding internal and external specialists, and delivering measurable outcomes. You will oversee roadmaps, QA and continual improvements while owning results and reporting.
