FCC is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel, Project Finance, to help establish and grow FCC’s project finance practice within Canada. You’ll structure, negotiate and execute sophisticated financing transactions, coordinating with business leaders, credit teams and external partners.
You will provide practical legal guidance on diverse financing structures, manage due diligence, and supervise external counsel to minimize risk while advancing FCC’s mandate as a Crown corporation.
