Toronto Community Housing (TCHC) is seeking a Workplace Investigator to join the People and Culture division. This full‑time permanent role focuses on investigating allegations of misconduct, harassment and other workplace concerns in a trauma‑informed, fair and confidential manner.

You will conduct intake, planning, interviews, evidence collection and reporting, applying anti‑racist and equity‑oriented practices.
