Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Server/Bartender to join our team! In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, responsible for serving food and beverages with enthusiasm, and ensuring guests have an outstanding experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Take orders accurately and efficiently from guests, providing friendly and attentive service
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at the bar and tables
- Use POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS to process orders and payments swiftly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling.
- Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere, addressing any questions or concerns promptly




- Assist in food handling, serving dishes to guests, and supporting kitchen staff as needed

Skills

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, including bartending and serving roles
- Strong knowledge of POS systems like Micros POS for order entry and payment processing
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and active listening abilities
- Effective time management to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy hours
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining professionalism under pressure
