Responsibilities

- Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests, ensuring prompt and friendly service
- Prepare and serve drinks, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to recipes and presentation standards
- Use POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS to process orders, payments, and handle cash or card transactions securely
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space in compliance with food safety standards
- Engage with guests to provide personalized recommendations, answer questions about menu items, and enhance their overall experience
- Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently through effective time management and prioritization




- Follow all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe workplace for guests and staff

Qualifications

- Must have a valid Serving It Right Certificate.
- Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, especially in bartending or serving roles
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, bill splitting, and order totaling
- Demonstrated time management skills to handle busy service periods smoothly
- Experience in the food industry is a plus but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
