Duties

- Greet guests warmly, take accurate food and beverage orders, and serve with a positive attitude.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks efficiently, following all safety and legal guidelines.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS for order entry, billing, and cash handling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tables, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards.
- Manage cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any guest concerns promptly.
- Uphold food handling protocols, ensuring proper hygiene practices during food service.




- Assist in setting up for events or busy periods, ensuring smooth operations during peak hours.

Qualifications

- Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus.
- Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is desirable.
- Solid customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally.
- Knowledge of bartending techniques, serving standards, and alcohol regulations.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or orders efficiently during busy shifts.
- Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and bill splitting tasks.
- Understanding of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
