Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS.
- Prepare and serve drinks responsibly, adhering to food safety and alcohol service regulations.
- Provide attentive customer service by checking on guests’ needs throughout their visit and resolving any issues promptly.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments through POS systems.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas, following food safety standards for food handling and sanitation.




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and coordinate special requests or dietary needs.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple tables efficiently while maintaining high-quality service standards.

Experience

- Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles, especially as a server or bartender, is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar cash register technology.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests.
- Knowledge of food safety practices, proper food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, bill splitting, and calculating totals.
- Experience in the food industry that demonstrates reliability, professionalism, and a passion for hospitality is a plus.
