Duties

- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, highlighting daily specials and upselling opportunities
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Toast, ensuring timely and efficient service
- Serve food and drinks with professionalism, maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols
- Manage multiple tables effectively through excellent time management skills, ensuring all guests receive prompt attention
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures
- Assist in food preparation and kitchen communication to ensure orders are correct and delivered promptly




- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, utensils, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards

Qualifications

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is preferred; familiarity with the food industry enhances your ability to excel in this role
- Smart Serve Certification
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that creates a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy hours while maintaining attention to detail in food handling and guest interactions
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, billing, and upselling techniques
- Understanding of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food preparation procedures
- Experience in hospitality or serving roles is an advantage; a passion for delivering guest services makes you stand out
