Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems ensuring all special requests are noted and fulfilled
- Serve food and drinks promptly, maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
- Manage multiple tables efficiently through effective time management and organization skills
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while adhering to food safety and sanitation protocols




- Assist in food preparation and kitchen coordination when needed to ensure smooth service flow
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations in compliance with sanitation standards
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction

Qualifications

- Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred, especially in fast-paced environments
- Strong customer service skills with a positive, energetic attitude
- Knowledge of food handling, safety regulations, and sanitation practices in the food industry
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
- Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items and provide guest-focused service.
- Valid Smart Serve certification (or willingness to obtain before start date).
