Duties

- Greet guests warmly with enthusiasm and genuine hospitality, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted clearly
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation, sanitation, and food safety
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales through friendly recommendations
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities, while balancing registers at shift’s end
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including tables, utensils,



and serving stations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting smooth restaurant operations

Requirements

- Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that engages guests positively
- Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for order entry and cashiering
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours
- Ability to handle food safely and follow sanitation guidelines diligently
- Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing cash handling responsibilities
- Experience in food handling, serving, or hospitality roles is highly desirable; kitchen experience is a bonus
- Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items while maintaining guest satisfaction
- Commitment to food safety standards and proper food preparation procedures
